At Raising Our Kin, we craft each T-shirt with love and care

•  Production Time: Your order is custom-made, taking 2-7 business days to prepare, depending on the design

•  Shipping Time (after production):

    •  US Orders:

        •  Economy: 4-8 business days

    •  International Orders:

        •  Standard: 7-21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

•  Total Delivery Time:

    •  US Standard: 4-12 business days

    •  International: 9-28 business days.

What is your return policy? 

We Accept Returns For:

•  Damaged or Defective Items: If your T-shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or with quality issues (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), we’ll make it right.

•  Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive a different T-shirt than what you ordered, we’ll replace it at no cost.

Return Process:

1.  Contact Us: Email us at rok@raisingourkin.store within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

2.  Review: We’ll assess your request within 2-3 business days and provide instructions.

3.  Return or Replace: For approved returns, we’ll issue a replacement or refund (your choice) once the item is returned
